REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

GET SET’s easy Cancellation & Refund policy is hassle-free and simple. Just send us a message through our Contact Us Page stating the details of the product and the issue therein.

 

Cancellation:
  • Request for cancellation needs to be intimated within 48 hours of Purchase in order for the Cancellation Request to be processed.
  • A mention of the reason for the cancellation through our Contact Us Page would be appreciated in order to help us to make the necessary changes and maintain our standard thereby.
  • The Money will be transferred back through the same channel used by the customer for the initial transaction. This might take 5-7 working days.

 

Return & Refund:

In the event that the product has already been delivered to you, the Cancellation Policy (as mentioned above) is applicable.

      a. Unused Product(s):
    • Our delivery agent will pick up the Product(s) from you within 48 hours after the Refund Request has been made.
    • Once we have received the Product(s), the Refund will be initiated.
    • Keeping the Packaging and Price Tags intact would be appreciated.
    • Kindly mention reason for cancellation and refund.
     b. Used Product(s):
    • If the Issue with the Product(s) is related to a Manufacturing Defect or Damage caused during delivery, then, the entire Bill amount paid will be reimbursed in full.
    • If the issue is neither of the above, only 75% of the Total amount paid will be reimbursed and you will incur an additional Rs.100 as Pick-up charges.
    • Products that are sold as part of a Package or Combo Deal cannot be returned as individual items.
